Terms
The rules for using Leap Group's website, accounts and apps. Effective 12 October 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms cover this website, Leap accounts at auth.leap-group.uk, the Leap apps and staff tools, and the Discord bots for our creator agencies, StaySocial and LeapAgency (together, "the Service"), run by Leap Group ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you're a creator with one of our agencies, your agreement with that agency also applies, and it wins where the two differ.
2. Your account
- You need to be 18 or over.
- You sign up by signing in with Discord, or our staff set up your account for you. Keep your Discord account secure: anyone with it can use your Leap account.
- Give us your own TikTok username. Using someone else's is not allowed, and we'll remove the account.
- Accounts are approved by our staff, and we can withdraw an approval, including one given automatically.
3. Using the Service
Don't:
- pretend to be someone else, or try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours;
- harass people, or post anything illegal, hateful or sexual in chat or our Discord servers;
- interfere with the Service, scrape it, or get around its limits or security.
We can remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You let us store and show it as needed to run the Service, for example to the other members of a chat.
5. Andy and the numbers we show
Andy is an AI assistant. His answers can be wrong, and he doesn't speak for TikTok. Stats, standings and pay estimates come from data TikTok gives agencies and can be late or incomplete. Your agency's own figures and agreement are what count.
6. Discord and TikTok
Discord and TikTok are separate companies with their own terms. We aren't responsible for their services, including decisions TikTok makes about your account or LIVE streams.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but can't promise it always will be. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you about important changes.
8. Liability
The Service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost earnings, from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any disputes.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: use our contact form. How we use your data is in our privacy policy.
